Attention is the great secret of life. Whatever we focus our attention on will become more and more real in our life so learning how to focus attention is the most important skill one can develop. Practice this simple, powerful attention exercise throughout your day: Bring your attention to the present moment by focusing your full attention on the sights, sounds and sensations in your environment. Practice for a few minutes until you are calm, centered and focused. ENJOY!
